Charter Checklist

1.) Request Charter by submitting an online request or calling 585-704-6903

2.) Once you have submitted a request please wait and C Dog will contact you to
confirm the availability of the charter date and time

3.) After C Dog has confirmed your Charter date, please Download, complete
and sign the “Fishing Charter Agreement Form” which is available in either Word
or PDF format.

Receipt of deposit/charter agreement form is necessary to hold charter date
